Quality control of products and processes

In order to provide assurance in the field of quality, we use various procedures and methods to demonstrate that our processes are controlled. One of the means of quality control / assurance that we apply on request is the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP). Complaints (if any) are handled using the 8D problem solving method. Finally, we perform various risk analyzes, including Process Flow, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to ensure quality.

Measuring equipment
Using modern measuring equipment, products are checked for the smallest possible deviations before they are released for assembly or delivered to the customer.

Our quality control room is equipped with various measuring and testing devices, such as a wide range of analog and digital measuring instruments and various control calibers. Quality control is always an integral part of our supply process.
